Hickory Hill Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a French oak-aged, dry, red wine with typical black fruit notes. It has a pleasantly long finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon leans toward old-world style in that it is more earthy and less jammy than the new-world style. This makes it a great choice for sipping with a charcuterié board or a nice steak. It has earned the most medals in wine competitions for us from the very first vintage (2001) to bringing home Gold four years in a row.
