Embark on a voyage through the vineyard as we present our exciting new series, “Friday Night Flights.” Every month, on the fourth Friday, we invite you to explore the diverse world of wines through a rotating selection of Wine Flights. From the robust tones of Cabernet Sauvignon to the graceful expressions of Chardonnay, there’s something to entice every palate.
Friday Night Flights: An Overview
Join us on the fourth Friday of each month, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, for an unforgettable experience as we showcase a variety of Wine Flights. From the elegance of Chardonnay to the bold notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, each month promises a unique and delightful journey.
Our inaugural flight on November 24, 2023, of a Vertical Cabernet Franc Flight sets the stage. Take a stroll through time and savor the distinct personalities of four Cabernet Franc vintages from the same vineyard and crafted by the same winemaker. This is your opportunity to witness the evolution of a remarkable varietal over the years.
Friday Night Flights: Cabernet Franc

Our first-ever Friday Night Flight will be a Vertical Cabernet Franc Flight and it promises to be an extraordinary experience. Embark on a chronological journey, savoring the unique profiles of four Cabernet Franc vintages meticulously crafted by Wendy, the talented winemaker at Hickory Hill Vineyards. This exclusive tasting invites you to witness the evolution of this exceptional varietal, each bottle telling a story of time, terroir, weather, and craftsmanship. Complementing the experience, the Vertical Cabernet Franc Flight will be thoughtfully paired with ®Boar’s Head peppered salame and fontina cheese.
